4.3 Personal Use Only. Your we9 Account is for your personal use exclusively. You may not transfer, sell, assign, or grant access to your Account to any third party. Gaming on behalf of another person or allowing another person to use your Account is strictly prohibited.
4.4 Accurate Conduct. You agree to engage with we9 honestly and in good faith at all times. This includes not misrepresenting your identity, location, age, or financial situation in any interaction with we9 or its support team.
5.1 Accepted Methods. we9 accepts deposits via the following payment methods for Pakistani users: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, Meezan Bank Transfer, Raast / 1LINK, and USDT TRC20. we9 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at its sole discretion with reasonable notice to users.
5.2 Currency. All transactions for Pakistani users are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Cryptocurrency deposits via USDT TRC20 are converted to PKR equivalent at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit confirmation.
5.3 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit per transaction on we9 is PKR 500. Deposits below this threshold may be automatically rejected by the payment processing system.
5.4 Own Funds Only. You warrant that all funds deposited into your we9 Account originate from a source that is legitimately owned and controlled by you. Depositing funds on behalf of a third party, or using funds obtained through illegal or fraudulent means, is strictly prohibited and may be reported to relevant authorities.
6.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, promotions, free spins, cashback offers, and other incentive programmes offered by we9 are subject to the specific terms of each promotion as communicated at the time of the offer, in addition to these general Terms and Conditions.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a promotion's specific terms, Bonus Funds awarded to a we9 Account are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. 6.4 Bonus Expiry. Bonus Funds that are not wagered within the time period specified in the relevant promotion terms will expire automatically and be removed from the Account balance. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
6.5 One Bonus at a Time. Unless explicitly permitted in a promotion's terms, a User may hold only one active bonus at a time on their we9 Account. Accepting a new bonus while an existing bonus is active may result in the previous bonus being forfeited.
7.1 Withdrawal Methods. Withdrawals may be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible. we9 reserves the right to require withdrawal to a specific payment method for anti-money-laundering compliance purposes.
7.2 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount from a we9 Account is PKR 500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
7.3 KYC Verification. we9 reserves the right to request identity verification documentation — including a copy of a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) and proof of payment method ownership — before processing any withdrawal. Failure to provide requested documentation within 14 days may result in the withdrawal request being cancelled.
7.4 Processing Times. Standard withdrawal requests to JazzCash and EasyPaisa wallets are typically processed within 5 to 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 24 hours. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or for accounts undergoing KYC review.

12.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we9 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the we9 platform — including losses arising from game outcomes, technical failures, network interruptions, or decisions made based on information displayed on the platform.
12.2 We9's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any single claim or series of related claims arising from the use of the we9 platform shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by you in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.3 We9 does not warrant that the platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We9 undertakes commercially reasonable efforts to maintain uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access, particularly in the context of Pakistani network infrastructure variability.
12.4 You acknowledge and accept that gambling carries inherent financial risk and that we9 is not responsible for any financial losses you sustain as a result of engaging in gaming or betting activities on the platform, regardless of the circumstances.

13.2 Where an Account is suspended for investigation, we9 will notify the Account holder via their registered contact details and will endeavour to complete the investigation within 30 days. During a suspension, the Account holder may not place bets, make deposits, or request withdrawals.
13.3 Where an Account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, we9 reserves the right to withhold any Account balance pending the outcome of any investigation or recovery proceedings.
13.4 Voluntary Closure. You may request closure of your we9 Account at any time by contacting the customer support team. Any confirmed real-money balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to applicable KYC requirements being satisfied.
